SEPLITE® LSF903 Adsorbent Resins
LSF 900 series are specially designed for decolorization, improvement of physical and chemical indexes including transmittance and turbidity, removal of harmful substances, such as patulin and pesticides, and increase of the color stability as well.
Besides industrially used in fruit juice, such as apple, orange , pear, pinapple, grape and pomegranate juice treatment,
LSF 900 series resins are also used for a wide range of recovery of high value materials and purification in other food processing applications.
LSF 903 is specially designed for decolorization and improvement of transmittance and color stability of juice.

SEPLITE® LSF903 Adsorbent Resins FOOD PROCESSING:
As the pioneer in this field in China, Sunresin was the first provider applying the resin adsorbent techniques in food processing. Up to now in the Chinese market, the adsorbent techniques applied in juice industries all originated from Sunresin initiation. After 20 years continuously technical innovation and industrialization in this field, new resins and solutions specialized for food processing have stood firmly in the market, which are separately specified for nutrition products, fruit juices such as apple, orange, pear , pineapple , lemon, grape and pomegranate, as well as in sugar industries. More than 5000M³ of the these products have been supplied to beverage industry of both domestic and overseas with over tens of production lines scoping from 5t/hr to 100t/hr.
The resins are produced fully in accordance with the FDA (US Food & Drug Administration), also meeting the regulations prescribed under Resolution ResAP (2004) 3 on ion exchange and adsorbent resins used in the processing of foodstuffs.
SEPLITE® LSF903 Adsorbent Resins Precautions:
Resins should be stored in sealed containers or bags where temperature was above 0℃ in dry conditions without exposure to direct sunlight.
Do not mix ion exchange resin with strong oxidizing agents; otherwise it will cause violent reactions.
In case of eyes contact with resins, rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water, and consult a specialist.
Material and samples must be disposed according to local regulations.
Dry polymers will expand when become wetted and may cause an exothermic reaction.
Spilled materials may be slippery.
