SEPLITE® CT103
Adopting the matrix of macro porous cross-linked styrene based on suspension polymerization method, SEPLITE® CT 103 is the strong acid resin catalyst with technical treatment process of stabilization and sulfonation. It is mainly used for the etherification reaction of tertiary carbon olefins with methanol from light gasoline component to significantly reduce the olefin content, increase the oxygen content and finally improve the octane value.

SEPLITE® CT103 Catalytic Resin Applications:
-
The catalyst has a proper pore structure, which improves its selectivity and catalytic activity.
-
With the high total capacity, SEPLITE® CT 103 catalyst has the higher analytic activity and longer service lifetime.
SEPLITE® CT103 Catalytic Resin Precautions:
Resins should be stored in sealed containers or bags where temperature was above 0℃ in dry conditions without exposure to direct sunlight.
Do not mix ion exchange resin with strong oxidizing agents; otherwise it will cause violent reactions.
In case of eyes contact with resins, rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water, and consult a specialist.
Material and samples must be disposed according to local regulations.
Dry polymers will expand when become wetted and may cause an exothermic reaction. Spilled materials may be slippery.
