In the by-product hydrochloric acid of chemical production, due to the leakage, entrainment, volatilization of organic chemical raw materials, intermediates, end products and the corrosion of metal pipes during the production process, it contains Fe3+ and organic molecular impurities with color and peculiar smell, which seriously affects the application, and is more difficult to be sold as a commodity, bringing environmental protection pressure as well as economic loss to the majority of chemical production enterprises.
In the face of this reality, Sunresin developed a two-stage resin treatment process of chemical by-product hydrochloric acid by analyzing the impurity composition in hydrochloric acid system and combining his own experience in organic wastewater and heavy metal removal. The self-developed Seplite® LWT510 macroporous adsorption resin and Seplite® MA396 special resin for iron removal are used together to effectively adsorb and remove organic molecules and Fe3+ in by-product hydrochloric acid, realize resource recovery, solve the problem of by-product hydrochloric acid refining, and maximize customer value.
