Sunresin Utilizes Recovery-based Wastewater Treatment
As most countries are making more and more strict environment laws and regulations in the face of the ecological challenges, adsorption technologies become more and more important in the capture, recovery and recycling of the pollutants from waste water. Sunresin utilizes recovery-based wastewater treatment, while controlling pollutants through adsorption and separation, it also achieves the purpose of recovery, recycling and reuse, thus realizing the coordinated development of economic and social benefits.
This is the installation site of a waste water treatment device containing organic intermediates. The project is composed of 5 separate resin units, with a total of 85 resin columns and 620 cubic meters of resin. Once put into operation, the treatment capacity of wastewater is 1200m3 per hour. After treatment, the content of organic intermediates in wastewater can be reduced from 2000 ppm at the outlet to below 10ppm, meeting the emission standard.
The intermediate products adsorbed by the resin from the wastewater are then recycled through desorption. It is estimated that 45 tons of intermediate products are recycled for the customer on a daily basis, and the cost will be recovered after five years of use.
This installation has a high degree of intelligence and autonomy, fully automatic control, and does not require special personnel to be on duty. In the meantime, the remote control, monitoring and support services are available to assist the customer to solve problems in real time.
