Waste Gas VOCs Treatment Complete Set Equipment from The Customer Site
This is a set of dichloroethane treatment equipment, which helps to recover 2.16 tons of dichloroethane per day while meeting the emission requirements. This is a set of dichloroethane treatment equipment, which helps to recover 2.16 tons of dichloroethane per day while meeting the emission requirements. This translates to a payback period of about one year.
Containing chlorine, this waste gas cannot be incinerated, thus making the adsorption method the only option. Traditional adsorption materials have potential safety concerns, and are limited in service life and consistency in meeting the emission standards. After investigation, the customer finally chose to use resin adsorption.
As you can see, the online monitoring of the outlet chimney of the adsorption device is connected with the Environmental Protection Agency, and we can ensure that it continues to meet the emission standards.
One year after the commissioning, we learned the following from the customer feedback.
First, our resin adsorption technology has high degree of efficacy.
Second, long service life. After one year’s successful operation, no resin replenishment or replacement has been needed.
Third, safety. Resin is a hydrophobic material, the presence of water does not affect the adsorption of the resin, and it fundamentally gets rid of the safety concerns.
Last but not least, purity. The recovered solvent is clear and transparent, and can be directly used in production to create economic value.
Thanks to these economic and environmental benefits, after the completion of the first phase of the installation, the customer has successively built two more waste gas adsorption units.
