Application of Sunresin's High-efficiency Defluoridation Resin in The Treatment of Industrial and Municipal Fluorine-containing Wastewater
To meet the high requirements of enterprises for fluoride content in wastewater and residents' demand for fluoride-free drinking water, Sunresin's research team has continuously researched, developed, and improved targeted adsorption fluoride removal resins LSC-760 and LSC-860 based on the typical industry wastewater quality and treatment process characteristics. Both resins have high selectivity for fluoride in water, with LSC-760 being an activated alumina modified resin and LSC-860 being an activated zirconium modified resin. Currently, these two resins have been applied in the treatment of fluoride-containing wastewater in multiple fields, providing customers with high-quality and efficient fluoride removal solutions. These resins not only effectively reduce fluoride emissions but also reduce environmental pollution and human health hazards, with important environmental and social significance.

Sunresin Xylitol Desalination and Decolorization Process Case
In response to the high osmotic pressure of sugar alcohol products on resins, Sunresin Technology has developed SEPLITE® Monojet™ LSF974 and SEPLITE® Monojet™ LSF9730 jetted uniform particle ion exchange resins, which are characterized by uniform particle size, good strength, and long service life. Additionally, the uniform particle size reduces the pressure drop in the resin bed, resulting in a higher online liquid processing capacity compared to conventional resins such as SEPLITE® LSF970 and SEPLITE® LSF973. The resin also has a lower breakage rate and a better impurity removal effect, which can significantly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.

New Oligo dT resins for mRNA purification and isolation: exploring new technology based on seeded magnetic beads and jetted styrene/DVB resins
The new Sunresin Seplife®Oligo dT affinity resin is designed for the purification and isolation of mRNA from in vitro transcription (IVT) manufacturing processes. Using the 20 years experience of Sunresin in manufacturing specialty resins, we have designed a unique technology that manufactures a 50 micron polymeric resin with very uniform particle sizes by seed swelling. The resin is a crosslinked polystyrene divinylbenzene resin functionalized with oligo dT20. The resin effectively captures mRNA from components of the transcription reaction process, such as enzymes and plasmid DNA.

About Seplife® Ion Exchange Chromatography
The Seplife® dextran ion exchange chromatography resins use the dextran matrix of G series gel filtration chromatography resins (Seplife G-25 and Seplife G-50), and the ion exchange functional ligands of different properties are firmly bonded to the cross-linked dextran matrix. Dextran ion exchange resins are usually stored in the form of dry powder, which must be swollen before use. It is widely used in low molecular weight proteins such as prothrombin and low molecular weight heparin.

SEPLIFE®, All You Need to Know about Ion Exchange Chromatography
Ion exchange chromatography is a column chromatography method that uses the difference in electrostatic force between the exchangeable ions on the ion exchanger and the various ions separated in the surrounding medium, and achieves the purpose of separation through exchange equilibrium. Ion-exchange chromatography has the advantages of high sensitivity, repeatability, good selectivity, and fast analysis speed, and is currently one of the most commonly used chromatography methods.

Use of Citric Acid and Sunresin’s Technology in Demineralization and Decolorization
The ion exchange process is an effective and mature process technology in the demineralization and decolorization of citric acid, and is widely used in the industrial production of citric acid. However, the high osmotic pressure of citric acid causes repeated expansion and contraction of the resins during the fine purification process, and makes the resins bear a huge osmotic pressure, especially for anion exchange resins. Under this condition, the resins can be easily broken, reducing the service life of the resins and increasing the cost. This has become a common problem that holds back the development of the industry, and there was a strong call for a solution.
